AdelWiggins was formed in 1993 from the consolidation of the Adel Fasteners and Wiggins Connectors division acquired from IMO. Founded in 1938 and 1925 respectively, both Adel Fasteners and Wiggins Connectors have had a long history in the aerospace industry and enjoy strong brand name recognition. Adel, in particular, has become synonymous with specialized, vibration absorbing clamps, with such components commonly referred to in the industry as “Adel Clamps”. Likewise,the Wiggins name has become synonymous with fluid connectors. AdelWiggins products are found on virtually all aircraft produced in the western world.
