The story of success started 50 years ago, when the company with the blue-yellow logo supplied Mercedes Benz with Bilstein gas pressure shock absorbers for the first time. These absorbers were implemented into a Mercedes 220 SE rally car “Heckflosse”, which won its’ race right away. Soon, Porsche became partner in the motor sport section followed by Alfa, BMW and many more. An unprecedented winning streak had begun.
